Winter/Spring Executive Director Cohort
Our fourth ED Cohort group will convene 10 to 15 Executive Directors from nonprofit organizations providing vital services to our community. TLI will focus this six-month cohort on a diverse group of nonprofits with various revenues and missions. TLI is committed to making this cohort a life-changing journey of discovery and growth while creating lifelong connections with its peers.
The application process includes a short application below in addition to scheduling a 30 minute Zoom interview with Jeff and Tim.
Participation Requirements: Leaders must serve as Executive Directors or CEO of a nonprofit organization.
Cohort Size: 10-15 Executive Directors (space is limited to maximize cohort intimacy and peer to peer sharing opportunities)
Dates: January 5th, 2023 until June 7th, 2024
Cost: $1,950
Schedule: One cohort session each month.
One-on-one 60 minutes executive coaching session with Jeffrey Franco between each monthly cohort session.
One-on-one 60 minutes executive coaching session with Tim Kime between each monthly cohort session.

Rising Executive Director Cohort
Our Inaugural Rising ED Cohort group will convene 15 to 20 nonprofit executives that wish to one day serve as an ED. TLI will focus this six-month cohort on a diverse group of nonprofits with various revenues and missions. TLI is committed to making this cohort a life-changing journey of discovery and growth while creating lifelong connections with its peers.
Participation Requirements: Leaders must serve in a senior leadership role of a nonprofit organization.
Cohort Size: 15-20 senior leaders (space is limited to maximize cohort intimacy and peer to peer sharing opportunities)

Schedule: One cohort session each month.
